WPP’s industry-leading commercial marketing agency, Geometry, announced today that TraceyLocke veteran Tyler Murray has joined as the new North American President to support the agency’s momentum as they lead industry strategy for the future of commerce.
Prior to joining Geometry, Murray served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Chicago Managing Director for TracyLocke where he led the global SC Johnson and Kellogg's US businesses. Tyler is charged with leading the day to day management of the U.S. business, and will work to continue to evolve the agency’s omni-channel offering. Current President Scott McCallum will be elevated to Geometry NA CEO where he will focus on long-term vision and overall strategy, elevating the agency’s evolved offering into the narrative globally and with clients.
“We're very excited to bring on Tyler, a force to be reckoned with at a time when Geometry is focused on the future of commerce,” notes Scott McCallum, NA CEO. “Tyler's diverse background and experience in digital marketing, strategic planning and client leadership directly aligns with the direction the marketplace and Geometry is heading. As an agency we're committed to supporting our clients' brands with omni-channel marketing solutions that affect conversion - and Tyler's proven track record is a welcome addition to Geometry's deep bench of marketers.”
On his new role, Tyler notes, "This is both an exciting and challenging time for brands and retailers. New consumer expectations, data, and mobile have all pushed commerce to the precipice of transformative change. While brands and retailers are struggling to sort through the complexity of this new era, only Geometry has the scale and track-record to help brands thrive in this new omni-channel world. I am absolutely thrilled to be working with some of the most talented and innovative people in the industry. Geometry has amazing momentum and is primed to be the most effective shopper marketing agency in the U.S., and I truly believe in the new Living Commerce direction moving forward. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the agency's future success."
